Photos of the bench have drawn thousands of likes and calls for nationwide rollout.    Part of a two‑year micro‑renovation project completed in May, the bench sits under shaded canopies and complements new walking trails, rest stops and flower beds. Parents said the shaded seating makes waiting more comfortable during Beijing's summer heat.    "We had no shelter from the sun while waiting for our kids," one parent said. "Now we can sit and stay out of the heat.
